About diviStock

Last updated: May 24, 2026

diviStock is an independent research and education service for dividend traders in North American markets. We publish trading alerts on a validated universe of dividend-paying stocks. We are not a brokerage, we do not execute trades on behalf of subscribers, and we are not registered investment advisers.

What we do

We publish trading alerts on a documented price pattern in dividend-paying stocks. Each alert tells the subscriber when to enter a position and when to exit, with optional intraday updates while the position is open. The methodology, the historical performance, and the universe of stocks we follow are described in detail in our FAQ and on the track record page.

How the strategy was developed

Our stock universe was assembled from a broader candidate pool by running a quantitative validation pass against a decade of historical data. Stocks are included only when they clear a statistical bar — a minimum t-statistic, win rate, and average per-trade gain — over a meaningful sample of trades. The universe is curated, not fixed: candidates are added as they clear the validation pass, and removed if their statistical edge erodes. Per-stock timing parameters are tuned for each name based on its historical behavior. The strategy's overall statistical summary is published on the track record page.

Live performance and verification

The live performance page shows real trades executed by the founder in personal brokerage accounts, applying the same approach that informs subscriber alerts. Each round-trip corresponds to actual buy and sell transactions executed through a regulated broker. Trade confirmations are retained for every entry, and the same figures flow through to the founder's annual tax filings. We treat the broker-reported numbers as the source of truth — these are the figures a regulator, accountant, or auditor would see if they reviewed the documentation. We do not publish the underlying confirmations, but the documentation exists and is retained.

Who runs diviStock

diviStock is operated by an independent founder — a retail investor who developed the methodology over years of personal trading before building the platform that delivers it to subscribers. The decision to operate without public personal identification is deliberate: the credibility of the service rests on the strategy's documented historical performance, the live broker-verified track record, and the transparency of the methodology — not on the founder's personal brand. Subscribers with questions about the founder's background can write to [email protected].

What we are not

diviStock publishes research and education, not personalized investment advice. Alerts are signals based on historical patterns; they are not instructions to buy or sell, and they do not consider any individual subscriber's circumstances, tax situation, or risk tolerance. Investing involves risk, including the potential loss of principal. Past performance does not predict future results. Always do your own research and consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.
